"I feel so safe having my mom at St. Charles Village. The staff go beyond to help! I have had to call when my mom was not feeling well and the nurse made extra checks on my mom with tender love and care!! My mom is treated with respect, they listen to her needs for her dietary restrictions and provide options! I feel St. Charles Village is a loving caring environment! Also, anytime my mom has had any issues they call me ASAP to let me know, so I am aware of any issues again making me feel safe. My mom is well cared for!!!! As a retired RN I feel their staffs are knowledgeable and very competent and they have handled Covid following all rules to keep residents safe! Thanks so much."

My mother has been living in St. Charles Village for 12 years. She is very happy there. The level of care she needs today is very different than the first year she arrived. I must say that everyone there does their job to ensure that the residents are safe and their needs are met. They have some staff that goes over and above what is expected of them....from PSW’s, Nurses, Meal Servers and Front Reception. It is these people that make St. Charles Village special."
